4.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period already paid for, except as described below or as required by applicable law.
4.2 Refund Eligibility
- New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase, provided the request is made before the next renewal date.
- Refunds are not provided for renewal charges after the initial refund window has passed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with the analytical outputs, market outcomes, or trading results experienced while using the Service, as the Service is an informational tool and not a guarantee of any outcome.
4.3 How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted to xcrudetech@hotmail.com with your account details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a payment card chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with our payment processor and to permanently bar users who engage in chargeback abuse from future use of the Service.
