3.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcome

Where Xcrude publishes historical accuracy statistics for its own analytical outputs (e.g., a "track record" of past directional bias labels compared to subsequent market movement), such statistics reflect historical, backward-looking data only, are calculated using a defined and disclosed methodology, and are not a guarantee, warranty, or reliable indicator of future accuracy or performance.

Your use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and Xcrude or NextGen Trader Group LTD. We owe you no duty of care beyond what is expressly stated in the Terms.
